This Leading Practices Profile, an update to ACCs 2004 Leading Practices Profile, Leading Practices in Crisis Management and the Role of In-House Lawyers: What Companies are Doing, features the leading business continuity and crisis management strategies of five entities. These entities shared business continuity and crisis management plan aspects, including core components, operational models for programs, and key lessons learned following incidents. In addition, participants addressed the law departments role in prevention planning, training, risk assessment, crisis management and continuity planning.
